Twenty-nine apartments and twelve agents later, I finally found Jayde with OKAY.com! Flat-hunting in Hong Kong can be tumultuous and stressful but as soon as Jayde entered the picture it all became such a breeze. I had received Jayde's contact through a colleague and within moments of initially messaging, Jayde was sending me listings to review via a full-fledged site that was user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. I selected the properties I liked and was also able to provide comments on why something was worth viewing or not to avoid wasting any more time. Upon meeting Jayde for viewings, she was prompt and ready to go with a detailed portfolio of what we would be seeing that day. Opening the door to the 2nd property we viewed, I knew this was it! Listened to my requests and came up with out of the box solutions. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and it was a difficult request. He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. He is also a good negotiator and handled conversations with the landlord well. Highly recommend! Best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong!

Shirley has been very available throughout the procedure; no matter viewing or Whatsapp at any time (day and evening) during several weeks to answer our questions, and get good deal for my home. She fought for us to get the keys earlier than the expected entry date to facilitate our moving out, and she managed to get HKD 2,000 cleaning fees for us from the landlord. She also helped us to handle the utility bills, which significantly saved our time. I thank Shirley for her time, availability and kindness. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a nice person. I am sure will introduce my friend to Shirley:)
