Cherie is an amazing agent. She enquired about my requirements, was patient right from the start and was exceedingly selective in showing me the right listings that matched my requirements. Cherie did not push the transaction even though it was quite clear I had a strong preference for one of the apartments she showed me; instead, she expressed openness to consider the pros and cons with me and helped me settle my choice. Cherie is kind, well-spoken and understands the area well. Finally, the paperwork was prepared and presented in a timely manner; it was accurate and all of the formalities were completed promptly. Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
