We have been extremely impressed with the way Stephanie has handled the marketing and promotion of our house in Clearwater Bay. Stephanie kept us in the loop with updates on client visits and feedback both from her clients and with her own creative ideas as to how we could improve the property for future tenants. With an extremely efficient and courteous approach. we felt Stephanie made the house a priority and offered first class attention to detail and client service. Following a fallow period using other agents, Stephanie and OKAY.com generated a high footfall of potential clients and we found excellent tenants in a short period of time. We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards.
