My wife and I relocated to Hong Kong in 2016 from the Cayman Islands. We spent a few weeks in Hong Kong looking for possible locations in May 2016 and having decided on Discovery Bay asked Nina to help us find a perfect premises for our needs.Nina showed us a selection of properties that all met the specifications, helped us chose one, negotiated an arrangement with the landlord and another agent, organised all the paperwork, sorted the opening of utility accounts, picked up the keys and checked the property, met us when we arrived and welcomed us to DB. She kept in touch during our first month to ensure all was well and was full of useful advice. I can't recommend her highly enough. She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
