Twelve Peaks

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

It was such a relief to meet Jane after a fruitless week of searching on our initial ‘look-see’ in HK. Jane totally understood our brief so we didn’t waste any valuable time and she was extremely patient when our brief changed! Jane found us a proper home that helped us settle into our new lives at once. Jane was also extremely generous in sharing all sorts of useful information to newcomers to HK and ensuring that the admin and handover side of the contract ran smoothly.

Stephanie knows the market well, thinks from our point of view, understands our preferences very well and selects houses for viewing accordingly. She is always responsive, timely and proactive without us feeling pressured. She is also honest with her analyses of the pros and cons of the houses. So we have developed good and well-rounded perspectives in our decision-making. She treats her clients as friends and goes beyond the call of her duty to be helpful for her clients. For example, she would help recommend helpers, good restaurants, stores and other tips for living around the area. She is definitely a go-to person not only for our house hunting but also for settling down in the area.
