Having just moved to HK from London, my company put me in touch with Flo at OKAY.com which was such a blessing, especially after some of the stories I had heard of agents in HK. From the very start of the process until completion Flo was nothing less than exemplary. She managed very early on to realise exactly what I was after, and filter the viewings appropriately. Anything that needed signing etc she would bring to my office, she just made the process so easy. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.
