Although we considered several different property agents in Hong Kong, my husband and I are so glad we went with OKAY.com. Flo was professional, courteous, organized and efficient. She understand what we were looking for, showed persistence when we felt discouraged, and demonstrated excellent intuition by showing us a flat in an area we hadn't even considered. We fell in love and it has become our home. Even after moving in, Flo has kept in touch and provided help for us in every aspect of moving into our place and adjusting to life in HK. Tommy was extremely helpful and attendant to what we wanted. After contacting us, he quickly put together a collection of flats for us to look at and it really felt that he had listened to us instead of just showing what flats he had available. During all the actual showings, Tommy was delightful and answered all of our questions. He was prompt in preparing all of the utilities, etc afterward when we had selected an apartment. Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong.
