We want to pass our gratitude to Kim for her wonderful assistance in securing a rental property for my family. We are appreciative of the extra effort she made in understanding our needs answering hundreds of questions we had and generally pointing us in the right direction on a suitable area to live. The other aspect that we valued was her ability to manage our expectations and provide transparency around the tenancy process. It meant that we didn’t have any surprises to deal with along the way. We will be sure to recommend her to any friends/colleagues that may relocate to Hong Kong and will also reach out to my HR team to recommend her services for internal transfers to Hong Kong.

Anil displayed excellent communication skills throughout the whole process from start to end. He worked flexibly within our busy schedules and went above and beyond what was required. I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal. She also arranged the movers for me. This was a huge bonus, as otherwise I would have had to wait longer to secure an appointment. She was very thorough in noting any defects in my new flat. Amelia also organised the transfer of utilities to my name which was another huge help in the run-up to moving day. I have been in my new place for a week now and am very happy here.
