She has the domain knowledge and understands the local nuances, which definitely helps in case of an expats. Sonam was a huge resource for us when my husband and I moved back from Singapore earlier this year. She has a really good grasp of the rental market trends, and a long and varied list of landlords that she has worked with in the past which gave us the ability to see the most number of places in the least amount of time before we boarded our flight back to HK! What really surprised us is the level of 'after-market' service that she brings, checking in with us even months later to make sure everything is going smoothly.
