Kiara was a pleasure to work with, very professional and highly responsive and I would recommend her to other people (in fact I have recommender her recently to a friend). Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms. Andrea is professional, patient, practical and understood our needs in terms of apartment size, layout and location. She provided a good selection of apartments with enough variation to make each apartment attractive enough for viewing. As we've been away from Hong Kong for more than 10 years, the areas and facilites around some pretty much change as well. Apart from showing the apartment to us, she also gave us a lot of useful information as to what can be found in the area around the apartment we're looking at.This is what stood out. After sales service was fantastic as well. Super helpful.

She’s flexible and always adapts the viewing schedule based on feedback. She never wasted our time to show us apartments she knows we won’t like.
