I worked with Rosie over the past few months to find a new home in Hong Kong. I found her to be incredibly professional and thorough. Two things really stood out for me. Her deep knowledge of the market which she leveraged to identify the right property for me and her attention to detail when it came to finalising the agreement and managing the handover. My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service. Apart from that, we were delighted that Ruby, in many ways, exceeded the expectations of her job. She showed us many more apartments than she “needed” to, recommended additional districts, assisted with our furniture search and was extremely diligent in coordinating with our landlord to expedite the signing of our lease. The fact that Ruby went above and beyond deserves special recognition.
