She was able to find us our home in a very short time, and did more than she needed to with regards to the process of negotiation, checking of apartment and handover. It was my first time searching for an apartment in HK, even before my arrival, I got in touch with Rosa through a colleague’s recommendation. Rosa was able to advise me very well remotely and helped me get to know and better understand the rental market in Hong Kong. However, Rosa managed to find my dream apartment exactly in that neighborhood. She supported and took care of the negotiations, handover, and all bureaucratic steps. That was an immense help for me, allowing me to fully concentrate on my new life in HK. Rosa even helped by letting in the technicians and supervising the apartment in my place. I’m more than impressed by Rosa’s professionalism, friendliness, and patience, and I absolutely recommend her 100%.
