There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

It was a pleasure dealing with Janis in selling my apartment recently. At all times I found her very professional and obliging. One particular aspect that I liked was her proficiency in English which is a major criteria for me in choosing a property agent as it makes things easier with negotiations etc. I would very much like to be able to work with her again in the future.

The rare quality of Dorothy as a property agent is that she doesn't pressure you at all for decisions. She allows you the time to make the best decision for you and your family - she's a mom and a grandma! I like that she sends listings online and that it is very efficient and minimizes wasted time running around hong kong. I have already recommended her to a few friends and I'm very happy to do so.
