I had worked with other real estate agents before but Mr. Donald Rae really stood out and impressed me with his organization, punctuality, and efficiency. Don was also very patient. He did not talk too much but was meticulous in trying to look at the problems in the apartment before and after signing the contract. Don tried his best to sort out problems for you. I really like his professionalism.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
