This is the second time Ning has helped me find a home. She understands my needs and have been very helpful on both times. The second move needed to be completed in a short time frame and she already knew what I wanted and got the flat I want quickly without going through a lot of choices. Kim was very responsive and showed me just I was looking for. She arranged additional viewings easily when requested and followed up on queries I had. Her local knowledge was also very useful as she made some helpful suggestions for my future use once we move in. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like.
