We were introduced to Chris by a mutual friend and he has delivered everything we had hoped to have when looking for our first apartment in HK. From the first meeting where we outlined our requirements he was diligent and focused in finding the right apartment without wanting us to spend too much time looking at places he knew we wouldn’t like. Chris has been a true professional throughout, always ready with a smile and a good morning. He has worked hard on our behalf and we are grateful to have met him and OKAY.com. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!

She listened, and didn’t show me anything that didn’t meet the criteria I had asked for. Very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend her to friends.
