I have engaged the services of many real estate agents in my time. It has been my experience that, generally speaking, they are fairly useless. Of course, there is always an exception that proves a rule. In this case, Kim and Nicki are just that - exceptional. Kim and Nicki ensured that every facet of our apartment search was faultlessly handled and executed. Even more so, they put their own personal time and resources in to ensure that the process went super smoothly. The difference, I think, between them and everyone else is sincerity. They really do care about their clients and earnestly so. I unhesitatingly recommend them. Indeed, you’d be doing yourself a serious disservice using anybody else.

Flo has renewed my faith in property agents! Not only did she pay extra attention to my brief and what I wanted, she also gave me good advice. Everything was organised to a tee and she was flexible on schedules—which is so important when you work a tough day job with long hours. Flo also knew the particulars of each flat. She was also instrumental in helping me secure my flat when I knew I wanted it, advising me on how best to handle the negotiation, and helping alleviate all the stresses of moving once we did secure it. She was always two steps ahead of me in knowing what I needed and I can’t thank her enough. For the peace of mind through the process and the new home I’m happily getting settled into, she earned every penny of her fee, and I will 100% be looking to work with her again!
