Upon helping us find a new flat to rent, Vincent made sure he understood exactly what we were looking for and did careful due diligence on each apartment he showed us. Because I am pregnant, he understood what we needed in a new flat and did not waste our time showing us properties that did not fit our criteria. He was very thorough in his search and honest with feedback on each building. He helped liaise between us and the landlord and helped to negotiate the price to fit our budget. We were extremely pleased with how quickly and easy our search went due to Vincent’s strong work ethic. He was quick to return our calls and meet us if we needed anything! Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements. I found Flo to be friendly and witty but professional and service orientated at all times. I can’t recommend Flo and her work highly enough.

Lala is very professional and organised. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and listened to what we wanted from our new home. She helped set up our utilities and managed all the paperwork ensuring we understood the information in the documents. Lala is patient and kind. I would highly recommend Lala to anyone.
