I am Nisha Nair and newly relocated to Hong Kong for employment. You might know the efforts and workaround required to settle in a new country. These transformations are only possible when we get the opportunity to meet the right set of people in every sphere of life. I am fortunate to have met Mrs. Ingrid Lau, who made my apartment search comfortable and seamless. As a newcomer, I was overwhelmed and worried about how the transition took place. Ingrid understood my requirements in terms of proximity to the workplace, appliances in the house, house condition, budget, etc. I wasn’t much aware of the regulations around tenancy rules, how to set up the utilities, etc. Ingrid helped me tirelessly and extensively, from assisting in viewing different apartments to the final move-in. The paperwork was handled and executed expertly, too, along with sharing timely updates with both the tenant and the landlord. She is indeed a fantastic professional and knows how to take care of her clients.

Dorothy Poon
Dorothy provided a great end to end service in us finding suitable accommodation. The engagement started before even we relocated to HK, with her giving us handy tips on what to expect on the ground. The process of inspecting potential sites also went smoothly;Dorothy always providing honest feedback through a customer based lens, and keeping in mind what our requirements were. Equally important was her role as the conduit between ourselves and the property owners at the final stages. All required documents and transactions were recorded and explained in a transparent manner. Her personal touch and insights about living in HK , just made it a really satisfying overall experience. I couldn't recommend her enough.

Helena Lau
Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too.
In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too.
Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved.
Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred! The important thing is that Helena maintained momentum-an important attribute.
I think OKAY’s recruitment and training policy really shines through here. I hope management think so also.
