I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Janis, our real estate agent who assisted us in finding a rental place. Her dedication, proactive approach, and exceptional problem-solving skills made our experience truly outstanding. Janis's commitment to addressing any issues that arose during the process was commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and negotiated the best possible terms for us. Without a doubt, Janis is the best agent we have ever encountered in Hong Kong. We are grateful for her professionalism and expertise, which made our search for a rental place a smooth and successful journey. Thank you, Janis, for your outstanding work!

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

Phenomenal service, forthcoming and truly caring even though we only took up an inexpensive rental flat, she was there every step of the way and did the extra mile whenever opportunity arose like for i stance to let the first furniture delivery in when we were not yet as we were still stick in our old place. she received our delivery in the new flat as we couldn’t make it. she follows up with all parties and her responses are prompt and helpful. really a great experience and we will sure come back to her.
