Unfortunately due to another option being presented through a friend, I was not able to take up the offer that the landlord made despite being very impressed with the quality of the flat and the terms negotiated. I would if necessary use Matthieu in the future to secure me a deal.

He was able to understand out complex needs very quickly and provide a level of customer service that made all the difference to us. Despite setbacks aplenty around the many flat visits that we made, Vincent kept us on track whilst keeping a good sense of humour about it all - until we finally found the perfect place to call home!
