After 4 years in Hong Kong and countless real estate agent interactions, I thankfully found Jayde. Jayde was wonderful to work with - very positive, diligent and perhaps most importantly, patient! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and different neighborhoods in Hong Kong, which is incredibly helpful when you aren’t quite sure where you want to live. Every listing she put forward for my consideration was in line with my needs and appealing. She really listened to my feedback after viewings which saved us both time and energy and allowed us to more quickly narrow in on the perfect home. She was helpful every step of the way, from the offer letter to the actual handover. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to friends whether they are new to the Hong Kong real estate market or veterans.

Jessica has been super helpful since she started assisting us, and she is always polite and patient, and I find her to be incredibly genuine and honest in my dealings with her, which is a rare quality in real estate agents these days. Ingrid was really friendly, professional, and trustworthy from the start. She was able to show flats on very little notice and as a result, we were able to find a dream flat. She was also very effective at helping us negotiate the price by suggesting we include our photos and write a short biography. As a result, we were able to agree on a great offer. She also made sure that the flat was in great condition, and was able to spot things that needed addressing with the landlord. Thanks to her everything was sorted in time for our move. In addition, she managed to secure one week rent-free for us and gave us a wonderful gift on our moving day.
