I would like to take the opportunity during this festive season to express my gratitude for your efficient and responsible after sales service that extended months beyond the completion of TA signing, helping to liaise with the tenant who was having difficulties to comply with rental payments in a timely manner. With your persistent efforts you have averted a dire situation for both the landlord and tenant for which I am most grateful. Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!

Martina was kind, patient and always available to help. She set up numerous viewings, lists of potential apartments for us and went above and beyond to help us find a new home. This is invaluable, especially as it took us all a long time to find the apartment that best suited my husband and I. We couldn’t be more thankful and grateful.
