Upon helping us find a new flat to rent, Vincent made sure he understood exactly what we were looking for and did careful due diligence on each apartment he showed us. Because I am pregnant, he understood what we needed in a new flat and did not waste our time showing us properties that did not fit our criteria. He was very thorough in his search and honest with feedback on each building. He helped liaise between us and the landlord and helped to negotiate the price to fit our budget. We were extremely pleased with how quickly and easy our search went due to Vincent’s strong work ethic. He was quick to return our calls and meet us if we needed anything! We highly recommend Vincent as he really was a pleasure to work with. We have already referred two friends to him as we were very impressed with his skills and knowledge of the market. Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
