We recency bought a house in Sheung Yeung Village through Stephanie. Throughout the entire process Stephanie was helpful, polite and positive. She often had local insider information. She was also very efficient and effective in sorting out all the small details of renting including gas, water, electricity as well as sorting out insurance. Her eye for properties is also commendable, she can quickly ascertain which features are more important for the client (my wife) and happy wife is happy life.
