Rosie McCann, is the most professional Real Estate agent that we have been fortunate to work with over the past 22 years in Hong Kong. She was extremely professional, responsive, hard working and transparent throughout the entire process searching for our rental property. Whilst our brief changed during the search she was agile and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect property. During the negotiation stage the communication was frequent and prompt we always felt she was getting us the best deal possible. The documentation and tenancy agreement execution stages were thorough and seamless. The property handover was handled with utmost competence and it was clear her repour with the landlord/property manager made it effortless. Worthy to note that we were pleasantly surprised at the value add services from the Okay team to coordinate our utilities setup in the new property. We would highly recommend Rosie to anyone and without doubt for our future real estate needs she will be the

Nora has been listening to our needs and was very patient even when we do not know what we were really looking for or changed our minds. She has been of very good advice during our search and knew exactly what would be available within our budget, which reassured us and made our search for a new home very efficient. Actually we started our search with several agents, but very quickly decided to work only with Nora, as she was much ahead of the others in terms of reactivity accuracy and local knowledge.

Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!
