Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. Shirley helped me ultimately rent the dream apartment. I was very impressed by her tenacity and her grit to get things done.
