I am a recent expat [that] relocated to HK from Spain. I contacted OKAY.com to show properties around Happy Valley. Working with Rosa to find an apartment in Hong Kong was a fantastic experience. She is well connected, highly experienced and extremely competent. She helped us to quickly identify a great new home here in Hong Kong. We only had a very limited time available for the search on the ground. Therefore, it was extremely helpful that Rosa helped us to pre-select the most suitable apartments before we travelled to Hong Kong for the viewings. Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed.
