Shirley is a very delicated agent, at our very first viewing elements mall was closed for safety concerns, she persevered for 45 minutes to reach us and to make our appointment on time. Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me! Martina was amazing! She adapted to the realities of looking for a flat during Covid and when someone moving to Hk has to do 2 weeks of quarantine first. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, so much so that I ended up taking the first flat she showed me! Impressive.
