Andrea is professional, patient, practical and understood our needs in terms of apartment size, layout and location. She provided a good selection of apartments with enough variation to make each apartment attractive enough for viewing. As we've been away from Hong Kong for more than 10 years, the areas and facilites around some pretty much change as well. Apart from showing the apartment to us, she also gave us a lot of useful information as to what can be found in the area around the apartment we're looking at.This is what stood out. After sales service was fantastic as well. Super helpful.

We contacted Jayde based on a referral from one of her previous clients. My husband and I had just relocated to Hong Kong from Australia, and were not familiar with the property market. Jayde went above and beyond to not only educate us and share her insider persepctive as a Hong Kong local, but also to help us navigate the relocation process in general. From our first interaction, we had full trust in Jayde. Not only does she have amazing knowledge of the market, she has great instincts and we were happy with each property she put forward. The apartment we ultimately fell in love with and are now inhabiting was one that we almost didn't view, were it not for Jayde encouraging us to see the potential. I can not say enough about Tammy and her professionalism and customer focus. She took full ownership of a difficult process and it would not have happened without her. There were significant last minute issues over the weekend with multiple parties involved in getting everything sorted and Tammy took full control. I was out of the country and really depended on her for everything. She worked tirelessly to make all sides happy with the transaction. She really went above and beyond and I was extremely impressed and grateful.
