Ruby responded very quickly to my initial enquiry, which said to me that she was enthusiastic and keen to help. Throughout our search for an apartment, Ruby has provided lots of great advice, she showed us a good range of properties in the areas that we identified as our preference and nothing had been too much trouble for her. I was looking for a place in HK as a pied-a-terre. Dorothy was very helpful in not only setting up several viewings, but also in helping me make up my mind.
