Sonam was very helpful and patient with our house search. We had a set of criteria which she adhered to while recommending options. We saw her positive and ‘never give up’ attitude as she showed us many apartments and did not stop until we found the right fit for us. She also gave good tips on how to get by in the city. I would like to pass on my extreme gratitude to Kim for helping us find a permanent apartment to live in. Her kindness, patience and help over the last 3-4 months has been tremendous and made our relocation experience to Hong Kong a more pleasant experience.

If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity.
