Fiona was such a great help to us when relocating to HK. From getting a shortlist together, multiple viewings, negotiating with the landlord for the rent of our chosen apartment, to helping us moving and setting up utilities, she was a huge help. We literally could not have done it without her I would not hesitate to recommend Fiona and OKAY.com to anyone in the hunt for an apartment in HK.

Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.

Second time working with ruby, she’s fast and efficient, she goes out of her way to make the process as smooth and as efficient as possible. Always great to work with her, would definitely use her again and recommend her to others.
