This is the second time Suk-Yin assisted us in finding a home. Suk-Yin is a dependable and knowledgeable real estate agent, and is always well prepared. This time she once again found us a place within my budget and ambitious timeline, while meeting all of my expectations. We are grateful to have found Suk-Yin!

I have experienced phenomenal assistance and support from Dawson. He is super diligent and amazingly client-oriented. Fully understanding my needs and requirements, he has always proactively searched for the flats that could be of my interest. Would just like to give commendation to her assistance with our house search. Given how challenging it is in looking for a new house, what with our busy schedules and having a very active little girl as well, Ingrid really made it seamless by providing us organized tours of our prospects, accommodating us on our time, and doing the liaising with the landlords on our behalf in terms of negotiations on pricing, as well as providing inputs on what needs fixing and such.
