When I was looking for recommendations for an agent with good taste in flats and someone who would only show properties matching my criteria, more than 1 person recommended Jayde. I was not disappointed. Not only did she help me find a flat that I love, but did so within the tight time constraints I had. Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent. In particular she did a great job in understanding our needs while sharing her knowledge / expertise of the market, down to the particular neighbourhoods.
