Thanks Jayde for helping us to find our flat. We knew we would find it comfortable and it ticked the majority of our boxes when we saw it originally. Now that we've actually moved our stuff into the flat, we're very happy with it and feel settled remarkably quickly. Throughout the process, Jayde has provided a good range of options for us to explore and made herself available when required. Anil is very detailed oriented and spent time to understand my specific needs and my background rather than just showing me whatever apartments available. He also provided many his personal experiences in the area we are looking and helped a lot in the final negotiation with landlord.

Everything was organised to a tee and she was flexible on schedules—which is so important when you work a tough day job with long hours. Flo also knew the particulars of each flat. She was also instrumental in helping me secure my flat when I knew I wanted it, advising me on how best to handle the negotiation, and helping alleviate all the stresses of moving once we did secure it. She was always two steps ahead of me in knowing what I needed and I can’t thank her enough. For the peace of mind through the process and the new home I’m happily getting settled into, she earned every penny of her fee, and I will 100% be looking to work with her again!
