I strongly recommend Helena for her attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail to both people looking for a home or good tenants/buyers. She is definitely the best I have worked with. As a landlord who has a flat in HK but living elsewhere, having met and worked with Helena to rent out my flat is a wonderful blessing. From day one, she has been super responsive and professional. The process of working with her starts with finding the right tenant. Afterward, she worked around the clock to help with contract arrangement, stamp duty, flat inspection, handover, etc. All of them require smooth communication, a heart for details, and work with time differences (my time zone is 8 hours behind that in HK).
