Flo is not your average agent. She's fast, sharp, and goes above and beyond for her clients. I first met her when she came to show my apartment to her client. I immediately noticed how she was unlike any of the other agents I had worked with - she asked the right questions, noted the right good and bad characteristics of my apartment, etc. A few days later, I asked her to help with my own search. Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!
