It was an incredible pleasure to work through this process with Sonam - she made it go from one that I dreaded, to a process I thoroughly enjoyed. As a result of her dedication, enthusiasm, communication, astuteness with respect to our needs and overall kindness that when my daughter and I finally move to Hong Kong next week we will be able to stay at our new home as soon as we arrive. Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements.
