In the past 6 weeks, we emailed and messaged each others almost on a daily basis, and we saw each other at least once a week, and you even drove us around with your own car! With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money.
