Hong Kong real estate agents usually fall into two categories - those who expect an instant decision and never follow up and those who pester you incessantly with completely unsuitable properties. Fortunately Flo is in neither group! She listens and tries hard to find the right fit for your needs. I spent six months working with her to find the right place to buy and found her to be professional, hard working and ultimately successful. I definitely recommend her wholeheartedly.

Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. In February 2016, I appointed Jayde and OKAY.com as the sole agent for leasing another one of my properties as a result of the excellent experience I had received in the past. Once again I was impressed by the quality of tenants, speed and professionalism of Jayde’s service, with another agreement signed within a day of viewing. Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! In summary, we are now happily ensconced in a new flat and Flo made it all possible, right down to setting up our utilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better initial contact in Hong Kong.
