ISLAND GARDEN is located at the eastern end of Hong Kong Island on Chai Wan Road in the Shau Kei Wan District. The estate comprises four towers arranged in a slightly curved-shape row facing Mount Parker to the west and surrounded by natural verdant flora. It was developed by the Nan Fung Group with design work handled by the internationally renowned architectural firm of Ronald Lu & Partners. The project was completed and open for occupancy in July 2018. Four residential towers are numbered 1, 2, 3 and 5, (omitting tower 4). Towers 1, 2 and 3 all rise 26 floors, while Tower 5 has 24 floors and between 2 to 6 units per floor, with 470 units in total. The unique feature of this estate are the 24 special duplexes located in Towers 2 and 3, making up all the “B” units on the lower floors 3 to 17. Their saleable areas range between 539 to 861 sq.ft., and all include a balcony. In addition, there are three penthouses in Towers 1 and 5 with saleable areas from 1,813 to 2,290 sq. ft, all also equipped with balconies, including five units with their own rooftop. Moreover, the top floors of Towers 2 and 3 each feature a large unit with rooftop, totalling a saleable area of 1,870 sq.ft. The layout features four bedrooms (two en-suites) plus a storage room, with a balcony and also a flat roof and a Jacuzzi. All others are all single units with saleable areas ranging from 485 to 1,960 sq.ft., and layouts featuring between two to five bedrooms (two en-suites). Most are equipped with a balcony or flat roof. The residents’ clubhouse - SKYDEN is located on the 2/F, boasting a recreational indoor area of over 20,000 sq. ft. If the outdoor area is included, it spans approximately 36,000 sq. ft. in total. Here residents can take part in a wide variety of sports and entertainment options, including a 25-meter-long indoor swimming pool, fitness room and children’s playroom. ISLAND GARDEN also has its own parking lot, which is located on B2/F, B1/F, G/F and 1/F. There are 165 parking spaces and 17 motorcycle parking spaces in all.
