As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like. The OKAY.COM experience has been a good one for us.Attitude is a key element in the world of property-that plus immaculate documentation; never more so than in present dull and listless market. Often local (non Central agents) cannot compete in these key areas. I met Lala YEUNG at the flat almost by accident and liked her direct and refreshing manner. Cindy LI briefly also in your office and found her friendly and helpful. I do feel that Helena LAU on account of her direct role was the star performer where she was able to display an almost intuitive talent for firstly quick thinking on her feet with good descriptive prose and secondly breathing new life into a deal that was all but dead! The ability to ‘pivot’ and turn a negative situation around is an instinctive to a rare few. Attention to detail in the documentation and RVD notification without prompting and stage by stage notifications were all good. The rental achieved is a minor element in this mildly euphoric testimonial.

Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes. If we would need to move again, we will definitely use Ruby again as she understands the market and knows what is available.
