Jane was always available to take my calls and to accompany me on inspections at my convenience. We looked at a number of flats and I was thankful for Jane's great advice and knowledge of the market. She did a stellar job in negotiating a great rent for me.

I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose. I can't thank her enough for all the time and help she gave us and of course, would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of moving.

Ning was a fabulous agent with her friendly and professional service, taking the time to understand our needs while sharing her insights on each of the residential areas. She helped us to really focus in our search to the right buildings that would suit our needs and have the neighbourhood character that we desired. All the way through the process she was very attentive, responsive and very engaging. We will certainly be looking to work with her again in any future move!
