Shirley has been super helpful finding a property that fits my expectation and price negotiation. She has got a proactive attitude, trying to help with all fronts from mortgage to insurance and property maintenance etc. She is a true problem solver. I will recommend her to anyone in need of buying a property.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

Very responsive. Great apartments that she has showed me. Didn’t work out because I am moving out of HK unfortunately. I would definitely recommend Kiara to friends and family for her great service.
