Fiona was such a great help to us when relocating to HK. From getting a shortlist together, multiple viewings, negotiating with the landlord for the rent of our chosen apartment, to helping us moving and setting up utilities, she was a huge help. It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations. Listened to my requests and came up with out of the box solutions. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and it was a difficult request. He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. He is also a good negotiator and handled conversations with the landlord well. Highly recommend! Best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong!
