Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements. I found Flo to be friendly and witty but professional and service orientated at all times. I can’t recommend Flo and her work highly enough.

As Rosa was open, friendly, patient and always eager to find the perfect home for us, and she did. She listened to our wishes and needs and even had good and important recommendations.
