This is my first time renting (by myself/young female) and at the beginning I had heard a lot about the challenges, frustrations and even scams other people faced, so I was prepared for this to be a long and tough journey. However finding OKAY agency and meeting Ola has completely changed my mind. Ola was professional throughout, very understanding towards my needs/ what I am looking for, and very helpful in explaining the entire process and resolving all my questions.
