Shirley is absolutely the best agent possible to help you find a home in Hong Kong. She’s extremely knowledgeable, knows the business inside out. She knew what we wanted and provided a selection of flats that fitted our standards so we didn’t have to waste time viewing too many flats. She’s good at negotiation. She’s a great problem solver. We had some small issues and she solved them with good attitude. She’s very capable in many ways. We can’t thank her enough for getting us our dream home in Hong kong.

Sonam was absolutely fantastic in helping me find home in Hong Kong. First, she is pleasant, balanced and reliable. She does not just communicate for sake of winning business but genuinely tries to understand client’s situation and circumstances, and then customises suitable viewings. She has the domain knowledge and understands the local nuances, which definitely helps in case of an expats. She is quick, communicates effectively and shares her views, often highlighting cons of why a place may not suit despite client going ‘Wow’ at first glance. She is thorough on documentation, commands good understanding of tenancy agreement and market nuances. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements.
