I want to thank Jayde for the time that she put into helping my wife and I find a new home. We were looking to break our original lease and move into a new place – but only if we could replace our existing tenancy. Jayde’s commitment to helping us find a place all the while whilst we were unable to break lease was ramped up when she helped list our property too. Eventually we found the right place, and with Jayde’s suggestion we negotiated a fair rental with all parties happy. When it came to the handover, it was a swift process which is a testament to Jayde’s professionalism. As such we are now happily settling into our new home that is more spacious than we were expecting and in a neighbourhood that has all we need close by.
