Sonam was absolutely fantastic in helping me find home in Hong Kong. First, she is pleasant, balanced and reliable. She does not just communicate for sake of winning business but genuinely tries to understand client’s situation and circumstances, and then customises suitable viewings. She has the domain knowledge and understands the local nuances, which definitely helps in case of an expats. She is quick, communicates effectively and shares her views, often highlighting cons of why a place may not suit despite client going ‘Wow’ at first glance. She is thorough on documentation, commands good understanding of tenancy agreement and market nuances. More importantly, she is very good at negotiating with the landlord/agent, provides counter points and alternatives and strives to work in my/tenants best interest. Flo's help to find an apartment was exceptional. Not only did she listen to my requirements and deliver a number of options meeting the criteria, she was also always on hand to offer support through the process. She thought of everything you needed to consider, sorted all the admin & utilities and was full of helpful tips and recommendations on HK itself. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Louise Garnaut and praise for her professionalism. I met with Louise just a few times but during that time she gave me a deep impression for her cheerful smile, caring attitude and excellent preparation skills. I remember when my tenant brought their kids to the house in late September. After bidding farewell, Louise showed them the village environment and ended up driving back for water. Louise also refilled the kids bottles in case they needed on their way home. Most importantly, she was EFFICIENT - finding us a good and suitable tenant in a month!
