This included helping us find a place that wasn't exactly even on the market, which is something that not all agents are able to do. She also helped us negotiate and reach a deal that both we and the landlord seemed satisfied with. Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong.
